Marion Derrett
I have been drawing and painting for many years. I used to work in pastel but now, almost exclusively, work in oils. Whilst living in the US from 2002 to 2013, I studied pastel painting in depth. It was there that I became juried into membership of some of the most prestigious art clubs in New York City. I also passed juried entry into numerous art exhibitions, and won many awards.
I am now lucky enough to live in the “Designated Area of Natural Beauty” of the lower Wye Valley in Wales. Since living here I have been studying oil painting, and enjoy working with a group of experienced artists.
